“The coach was sometimes weaving through traffic like crazy … I misjudged …” (Customer-Rod)

At PittRace-palooza, I rode w Customer-Rod first sessions Day 1 of 3, Friday. I watched him methodical, scope out the circuit.  Soon clear that he was gonna be too fast for me to tag-along.  At lunch, pitted next-door, I said:
Have fun storming the castle.
24 hours later, Customer-Rod took a tow from CoachStarship-Trooper.
After the helicopter lifted off,
Customer-Rod reported:
the coach was sometimes weaving through traffic like crazy
… me not realizing the big speed difference
… I definitely take some responsibility in the contact
… I misjudged our speed difference going in T17
So what happened?
Entering the Turn 17, 18, 19 complex,
Customer-Rod slid his matte-silver Triumph Street Triple 765 right into the rear wheel of Coach-Track-Daddy’s bright red Panigale Ducati.
Lying facedown on the grass outside of Turn 18, Coach-Track-Daddy lifted his head, then just dropped it, like a melon.
Helicopter ride #4
Coach-Track-Daddy reports:

paid-for European vacation next week with my wife,
